ABOUT
Main bio

I am a Product Builder & Agile Coordinator who turns ideas into shippable products with Game QA discipline. ✨ I care about edge cases, release stability, and cross-functional delivery cadence. 🎯

I started in Game QA, where I developed an obsessive eye for edge cases, regression gates, and release stability. Testing complex game states taught me that a feature is never finished until it survives unexpected user behaviors and real-world network friction.

Moving into Scrum Master and Producer roles, I discovered that team coordination is fundamentally about eliminating blockers early. Today, I combine that execution rigor with a Founder mindset: proactively building AI-augmented workflows, crafting technical PRDs, and ensuring what gets built delivers measurable business value.

Right now I'm building AI-powered operational workflows and behavioral systems, bridging deterministic rule engines with modern LLM prompt chains.
When I'm not shipping products, I'm analyzing software architectures, playing board games, and exploring new AI agentic patterns.

Story

1. Root Cause Over Quick Patches

In QA and system design, fixing the symptom without understanding the failure mode just defers the disaster. I probe constraints, uncover hidden assumptions, and architect solutions that hold under real stress.

questions before pixels.

2. Deterministic Core, AI Augmentation

Never rely on probabilistic chatbots for critical user state. I build on verifiable state machines, structured rules, and business metrics — then use AI where it genuinely accelerates discovery or synthesis.

no fragile wrappers here!

3. Cadence, Clarity & Coachability

Great software is delivered through psychological safety, precise tickets, predictable sprint rhythms, and continuous feedback. I listen actively, align cross-functional goals, and adapt fast.

team wins, every sprint.

4. Delivery Telemetry Over Passive Standups

Transforming daily standup updates into an actionable delivery dependency graph synced with Jira/Lark. Reclaiming 40% meeting overhead and detecting sprint bottlenecks 2 days earlier without micromanagement.

telemetry beats interrogations.

5. Shift-Left Quality Gates Over End-Sprint Crunch

Eliminating sprint-end QA crunch through test readiness gates, automated regression planning, and deterministic release criteria. Eliminates release overtime and reduces live hotfixes by over 60%.

gates protect delivery flow.
